Terms and Conditions of Use for the Blits Mobile Mechanic Application

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Blits, a mobile mechanic application developed and operated by Vairesa MB (Registry Code: 305596055).
1.2. By using Blits, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1.3. Vairesa MB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of Blits constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Definitions
2.1. “App” refers to Blits, the mobile mechanic application.
2.2. “Company” refers to Vairesa MB.
2.3. “User” or “Customer” refers to any individual using the app.
2.4. “Mechanic” refers to any service provider offering mechanic services through the app.

3. Services
3.1. Blits provides a platform for customers to book mobile mechanic services.
3.2. The Company does not guarantee that the specified parts swapped during service will fix the issue or that the fault will not lie in a part that is not serviced through the app.

4. Booking and Cancellation
4.1. Users can book mechanic services through the app, specifying the required services and preferred time slots.
4.2. Users must ensure that all details provided at the time of booking are accurate and complete.

5. Fees and Payment
5.1. The cost of services will be displayed at the time of booking. Users must pay for services through the app’s integrated payment system.
5.2. Users may cancel a booking up to two hours before the scheduled start time. A penalty of 30 euros or, if the order amount is less than 30 euros, half the order price will be charged for cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled start time.
5.3. Refunds for cancellations made before two hours of the scheduled start time, or if no mechanics are found, or if a mechanic cancels, will be issued in full and in a timely manner.

6. Service Guarantee
6.1. The Company offers a guarantee for the work performed by mechanics. If the work done is faulty, it will be covered under the guarantee.
6.2. The guarantee covers only the work performed by the mechanic and does not extend to issues arising from parts not serviced through the app or any additional damage not related to the initial service.

6.2.1. Garantija taikoma mechaniko atliktam darbui (darbo jėgai). Ji netaikoma jokioms dalims – net jei jos buvo pakeistos ar aptarnautos per pradinį vizitą.

6.2.2. Jei garantijos metu dalis sugestų, klientas gali ją pakeisti savo lėšomis, o mechanikas privalo atlikti pakartotinį tą patį darbą be papildomo mokesčio.
6.3. The decision to honor the guarantee is at the sole discretion of the Company and is based on an assessment of the reported fault.
6.4. If the mechanic is unable to determine the cause of the problem, the diagnosis fee will not be refunded. The User also understands there is a small chance that the mechanic may err in diagnosis. We thank you for your understanding and assure that all efforts are made to identify and resolve problems efficiently.

6.5. The warranty period is one (1) month from the day the service is considered completed. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

7. User Responsibilities
7.1. Users must ensure their vehicle is in a condition that allows the mechanic to safely perform the required services.
7.2. Users do not need to be present during the service. However, keys required to access the vehicle must be provided. This can be done by leaving the keys in a safe place and informing the mechanic via comment or call, or by handing the keys directly to the mechanic or a trusted person appointed by the owner.
7.3. Users must leave their vehicle in an easily accessible location so the mechanic can easily reach and service it. This ensures smooth and efficient service delivery.

8. Mechanic Responsibilities
8.1. Mechanics are responsible for performing services professionally and within the scheduled time.
8.2. Mechanics must inform the client of any additional issues found during the service that may affect the vehicle’s operation.
8.3. Mechanics are responsible for correcting their own poor-quality work if recognized as their fault and if they are invited to fix it.

8.3.1. Mechanics commit to redoing their previously performed work free of charge if it falls under the warranty coverage set by Blits. The client may provide new parts, and the mechanic must carry out the repair without extra charge.

8.3.2. Refusal to perform justified warranty work may result in consequences, including:

     (a) temporary or permanent suspension of service provision via the application;

     (b) commissions charged for warranty work performed by another mechanic;

     (c) possible termination of cooperation in case of repeated or serious rule violations.


8.4. Mechanics must install quality parts that are not defective.
8.5. Mechanics are expected to have the necessary knowledge and skills to repair vehicles without application guidance.
8.6. Mechanics are responsible for collecting money for parts if the client decides to pay for them in cash.
8.7. Mechanics must leave the repair site clean and tidy, ensuring no oil or other fluid spills and no garbage remains.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the application or the services provided.
9.2. The Company’s liability for any claim related to the services will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

10. Data Storage
10.1. The Company collects and processes personal data according to applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
10.2. By using the application, users consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Vairesa MB is registered.
11.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to a competent court in the jurisdiction where Vairesa MB is registered.

13. Miscellaneous
